DENZAI has announced the establishment of DENZAI Europe Sp. z o.o. in Gdynia, Poland, marking the company’s official expansion into the European market with the launch of its regional headquarters.
The new operation will be led by Ireneusz Kopka, who has been appointed Director and Country Manager of DENZAI Europe. Kopka brings more than 20 years of experience in project logistics and heavy lifting, having previously worked with major global crane manufacturers, logistics providers and heavy lift companies. He joined DENZAI in January 2025.
The move represents an important step in DENZAI’s international growth strategy as the company looks to strengthen its presence in Europe’s expanding energy, petrochemical and renewable sectors. From its base in Gdynia, DENZAI Europe will provide specialised heavy lifting and transport solutions to clients across the region, supported by the group’s global engineering expertise and safety-focused operations.
Commenting on the launch, Ireneusz Kopka said Europe offers significant opportunities for specialised heavy lifting and transport services, particularly within the growing energy and power generation markets. He added that DENZAI aims to bring its engineering capabilities, global expertise and safety-driven approach to customers throughout the region.
Mike Siah, Director and CFO of DENZAI International Holdings Pte. Ltd., said the company sees strong potential in Europe due to the large number of upcoming projects across the energy, petrochemical and renewable industries. He noted that DENZAI’s engineering-led heavy lift solutions are well positioned to support complex projects and expressed enthusiasm about building close partnerships with European customers.
The establishment of DENZAI Europe highlights the company’s commitment to expanding its global footprint and strengthening its ability to support major industrial and infrastructure developments worldwide.
