Silvasti and Denzai have entered into a business and capital partnership to deliver integrated heavy lifting, specialised transport and installation services across Europe, Japan and the Asia-Pacific region.

The agreement combines Silvasti’s expertise in specialised transport and project logistics with Denzai’s heavy lift crane fleet and engineering capabilities, creating a single-source solution for developers, EPC contractors and manufacturers working on complex energy, offshore wind and infrastructure projects.

Through the partnership, the two companies will combine their fleets, engineering resources and project management expertise to pursue opportunities across Europe, Japan and the wider APAC region. The collaboration is intended to streamline project delivery, improve efficiency and provide customers with broader capabilities through a single provider.

As part of the agreement, Denzai President and CEO Kohki Uemura will join Silvasti’s Board of Directors.

“We are delighted to begin this partnership with Kohki-san and his team,” said Ville Silvasti, CEO of Silvasti. By combining Denzai’s renowned Japanese precision in heavy-lift engineering and Asia’s strongest heavy-lift asset base with Silvasti’s decades of experience in specialised transport and the successful execution of onshore wind projects, we are creating a unique offering for our customers.”

Kohki Uemura added: “Silvasti is a leading transport and logistics company with a strong footprint across the Nordics and the Baltics. Together, we’re building a partnership that delivers complete, end-to-end project capabilities to energy and infrastructure clients across the whole of Europe, Japan and the wider APAC region.”

Headquartered in Finland, Silvasti has more than five decades of experience in project logistics and heavy transport, with operations across the Nordic and Baltic regions as well as Germany and Poland. The company has also developed its integrated TCI concept for the wind industry, combining transport, cranes and installation into a single service to improve efficiency on onshore wind projects.
