Denzai has appointed Salah Mahjoub as Managing Director of Denzai America Inc., effective 1 August 2026, following his successful tenure as Country Manager.
Mahjoub succeeds Omar Jradi, who led the company through its early years. Since joining Denzai America, Mahjoub has overseen the expansion of the company’s U.S. operations, delivering major infrastructure and energy projects across Guam and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands.
Recent projects include supporting Granite Obayashi JV2 on the construction of Marine Corps Base Camp Blaz and the Enhanced Integrated Air and Missile Defense system on Guam, as well as work on the island’s largest renewable energy project, the 132 MW Yona solar farm, developed by a consortium led by Samsung, KEPCO and EWP. Denzai America has also completed projects for the Guam Waterworks Authority and the Federal Aviation Administration.
“I am sincerely grateful to our team at Denzai America Inc. This is a new chapter, and with it comes the responsibility to deliver even better service at the highest level of safety. That challenge will motivate us to grow and to keep improving daily,” said Salah Mahjoub.
Denzai President and CEO Kohki Uemura said, “Salah has been instrumental in the development of Denzai America Inc. since its establishment in 2023. Over the past three years, he has managed our daily operations very effectively while positioning the company for sustained growth. I am fully confident that under his direction, Denzai America will realize its long-term vision and become a cornerstone of our global operations.”
