At the start of 2025, the TII Group has taken a strategic step to secure its future success with the appointment of Filippo Baldassari as Managing Director of TII GmbH. Working alongside CEO Dr. Gerald Karch, Baldassari will focus on strengthening the company’s market position and driving its strategic development forward.
The TII Group, a subsidiary of Rettenmaier Family Holding GmbH, has long been recognized for its stability, innovation, and commitment to strong partnerships. These core values were established by company founder Otto Rettenmaier and have been continuously upheld and developed by his daughter, Susanne Rettenmaier, Managing Partner of Rettenmaier Family Holding GmbH.
Since 2020, Baldassari has served as Managing Director of TII SCHEUERLE and TII KAMAG, playing a key role in the successful growth of the company. In his expanded leadership role at TII GmbH, he will maintain his existing responsibilities while collaborating closely with Dr. Karch to steer the group towards continued innovation and customer-centric solutions.
