Bertling Logistics has successfully completed the transport of two FARs and two SUBs from Batam, Indonesia, to Laem Chabang, Thailand. The project involved units of exceptional scale, with the largest measuring more than 18 meters in length and the heaviest weighing 161.65 tons, amounting to a total volume of 2,343.511 CBM.

The operation required detailed engineering, tailored lashing design to MWS standards, loadcell weighing, SPMT transfers from yard to jetty, and RoRo loading onto an ocean-going barge. Bertling also provided steel, stools, securing materials, full project management, and chartering services.

Through close collaboration between Bertling teams in Indonesia, Singapore, and the Technical Office in Middlesbrough, the cargo was delivered safely and on schedule, underscoring the company’s expertise in complex offshore and energy logistics projects.
