The latest generation of CASE 921F XR wheel loaders has recently been introduced to the Mauritian market by Axess, the local dealer. Two units were delivered to Kolos Cement Ltd, configured specifically for the handling of raw materials between storage areas, ships, and the cement manufacturer’s warehouse located in Port Louis. These special application wheel loaders have extended reach and high volume buckets, delivering high tonnage per hour and significantly improving production indicators.
The Case Wheel Loader F-Series is known for its efficiency, reliability, and profitability. The 6.7-liter, 6-cylinder engine is designed to combine fuel efficiency, power, and reliability. The engine’s common rail multiple injection system is mounted at the rear of the machine, optimizing weight distribution and increasing payload. The optimal cubic cooling system is installed between the cabin and the engine, ensuring each radiator receives only fresh air, allowing intensive use in hot and dusty conditions.
Operators benefit from optimal working conditions with reduced vibration levels, reinforced cabin protection, and streamlined engine hood for all-round visibility. The mechanical seat with adjustable lumbar support also contributes to the comfort of the operator. The introduction of the CASE 921F XR wheel loader to the Mauritian market has significantly improved productivity, reliability, and profitability for Kolos Cement Ltd.
“CASE brand equipment enjoys a very good reputation in the Mauritian market. Today, thanks to the quality of these machines and the expertise developed by our teams, the brand is positioned as a real challenger. It is no coincidence that Kolos, a company with which we have been working for several years now, has chosen to renew its trust in us. For us, this is a guarantee of quality and a recognition of our efforts to continuously improve our after-sales services. This bodes very well for 2023,” says Jean-Marc Espitalier-Noël, “Business Unit Manager – AXESS HEAVY MACHINERY”.
“We are pleased to strengthen our partnership with Axess through the acquisition of the two CASE 921F XR Wheel Loaders. The loader we had before, also from the CASE brand, worked in difficult conditions and met all our expectations. We are convinced that the new, better equipped machines will be even more efficient. With the support of Axess, which we have enjoyed for several years, and a quality after-sales service, we have no doubt that we will further improve the efficiency of our operations,” concludes Andy Thomas, Operations Manager, Kolos Ltd.
