Air Charter Service (ACS) has appointed Timo Kaden as Cargo Business Development Director for Germany, strengthening the company’s cargo charter team from its Frankfurt office.

Kaden brings around 30 years of experience in logistics and airfreight, including 19 years specifically in cargo aircraft chartering across both operational and commercial roles.

Caroline Werf, CEO of ACS Germany, said the appointment comes as the company continues to expand its presence across the German market.

Timo brings with him 30 years of logistics expertise and has worked for some of the biggest names in freight forwarding,” she said. “For the last 19 years he has worked in cargo aircraft chartering, both on the operational and sales sides, giving him a broad knowledge across every aspect of charter.”

ACS now operates four offices in Germany, located in Munich, Cologne, Stuttgart and Frankfurt.

Werf added that Kaden’s experience will support the continued development of the company’s cargo team and customer base across the country.

Commenting on his appointment, Kaden said: “I have worked in the cargo business in Germany for my entire career and am looking forward to starting this new chapter, building on business relationships across the country.”

The appointment further strengthens ACS Germany’s cargo charter capabilities as demand continues across sectors requiring urgent, oversized and project-related airfreight solutions.
