Denzai has appointed five senior leaders as Managing Directors across its overseas entities, effective March 1, 2026, reinforcing its strategy to strengthen local leadership and accelerate international growth.
Seoung Jun (CJ) Lee takes on the role of Managing Director at Denzai Arabia Co. Ltd., after serving as Country Manager and playing a key role in expanding operations in the Middle East. Omar Jradi adds Managing Director of Denzai America Inc. to his current responsibilities as Regional COO for Singapore, MENA and USA, positioning him to drive the group’s expansion in the US market.
Jeong Won Seo becomes Managing Director of Denzai International Projects Co., Ltd., bringing extensive experience in heavy lift and global project delivery. In Thailand, Anbazhagan (Anbu) Shanmugam steps up as Managing Director of Denzai (Thailand) Co., Ltd., following his tenure as Country Manager where he established a solid operational base. Meanwhile, Halyna Kukoba has been appointed Managing Director of Denzai Ukraine LLC, in addition to her role in business development, supporting growth opportunities linked to reconstruction and infrastructure projects.
The appointments follow an initial round of Managing Director designations in December 2025 and reflect Denzai’s commitment to decentralizing leadership across Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and other international markets.
President & CEO Kohki Uemura noted that overseas businesses are projected to achieve more than 30% year-on-year consolidated revenue growth in the fiscal year ending March 2026. He added that empowering regional leaders with greater autonomy will enable the group to scale efficiently, while he focuses on long-term strategy and global partnerships as Group CEO.
