JAS, one of the global leaders in logistics and supply chain solutions, has signed a Share Purchase Agreement to acquire Pentagon Freight Services, a UK-headquartered specialist in freight forwarding, project logistics, and ship agency services. The deal is expected to close in the second half of 2025, pending regulatory approval.
The acquisition marks a significant move for JAS as it strengthens its capabilities across key sectors including oil and gas, marine, construction, and energy. With Pentagon’s network of over 1,200 employees across 65 offices worldwide, the integration will bolster JAS’s reach and ability to deliver highly specialized logistics solutions.
