The Allocation Chart allows users to manage complex schedules more effectively by converting quotations or bookings into specific equipment allocations, helping maximise utilisation. A drag-and-drop function enables equipment to be reassigned between jobs instantly, offering greater flexibility when handling last-minute changes.
The system also provides a clear overview of current and future allocations, giving dispatchers, hire coordinators and managers full visibility of fleet usage in one central platform. As a web-based solution, it allows teams to manage operations remotely while maintaining control over service delivery.
