MCS Rental Software, a provider of equipment rental solutions, has launched its innovative Activity Hub to enhance task visibility and streamline daily operations for rental businesses.

The Activity Hub offers users a customised, prioritised list of daily tasks based on their specific roles. Upon login, rental professionals gain immediate access to their essential activities, helping them focus on critical duties without overlooking important responsibilities.

Nick Thomson, Sales Director at MCS, highlights the impact: “The new feature allows users to quickly identify and complete daily tasks, improving response times to customer enquiries and ensuring timely task completion. It offers a clear overview of day-to-day activities, enabling better prioritisation and management.”

Beyond task lists, the Activity Hub is highly adaptable, allowing users to tailor their dashboard to suit personal preferences and work styles. This flexibility supports rental teams in organising tasks, meetings, and activities more effectively, driving productivity.

Thomson adds, “Our Activity Hub templates let team members customise the layout based on their roles. For example, the sales team template includes a CRM section for quick access to customer details and follow-ups. We’ve received excellent feedback so far, with many users eager to adopt smarter working practices.”
