Mammoet is strengthening its heavy lifting and transport capabilities in Saudi Arabia with a major investment in new equipment to support the Kingdom’s growing industrial, energy and infrastructure sectors.
Based at the company’s operational hub in Al Jubail, the expanded fleet includes seven Mercedes-Benz trucks, 60 Goldhofer conventional axle lines, Azobé crane mats and a range of all-terrain and crawler cranes. The new crane fleet comprises three 160 tonne, one 250 tonne and one 500 tonne all-terrain cranes, together with two 250 tonne and one 400 tonne crawler cranes.
The additional equipment increases local capacity, enabling Mammoet to support more projects simultaneously while improving equipment availability for heavy lifting, transport, shutdown and maintenance operations.
The investment also strengthens the company’s ability to deliver complex turnaround and maintenance projects, where detailed planning, specialist equipment and precise execution are essential to minimising downtime.

The fleet expansion forms part of Mammoet’s long-term growth strategy in Saudi Arabia, increasing in-country resources while reducing reliance on equipment mobilised from overseas. The company has operated in the Kingdom for more than 50 years and continues to invest in local capability to meet rising demand for specialised heavy lifting and transport solutions.
