Chapman Freeborn, the global air charter specialist and member of Avia Solutions Group, has named Leo Teplitskiy as Director of Key Cargo Accounts for the Americas with immediate effect.
Teplitskiy’s appointment follows a year of unprecedented success for Chapman Freeborn during its 50th-anniversary celebrations, underlining the company’s commitment to strengthening its team and leadership for ambitious expansion plans in 2024 and beyond.
In his role, Teplitskiy will oversee account operations for Chapman Freeborn’s air cargo specialist team in the Americas. His responsibilities include expanding the client and supplier base, developing new business, and implementing growth strategies in key markets. Teplitskiy aims to provide clients with highly competitive custom air cargo solutions that meet their unique needs promptly and within budget.

With over two decades of experience in the global aviation industry, Teplitskiy brings extensive knowledge of cargo logistics and operations to Chapman Freeborn. Based in Houston, Texas, he joins from DHL, where he served as manager of air product capacity, pricing, and charter operations for the US industrial project division.
