sennder Technologies GmbH, Europe’s leading digital road freight forwarder, has completed the acquisition of C.H. Robinson’s European Surface Transportation (EST) operations. The transition will see EST fully operate under the sennder brand, though financial terms remain undisclosed.
The deal positions the combined entity among Europe’s top five Full Truck Load players, expanding sennder’s reach to over 20 locations with a workforce of approximately 1,600 employees. Leveraging its proprietary technology, sennder connects shippers with 40,000+ trucks, reducing inefficiencies and industry emissions.
sennder has also strengthened its leadership team with key EST executives: Chris Mills (COO), Christoffer Haldemar (CCO), and Arkadiusz Glinka (Chief Growth Officer). CEO David Nothacker highlighted the acquisition as a major step toward building a more efficient and sustainable European road freight network.
