deugro has appointed Kasper Heiselberg as President, Global Wind and Renewable Energy (GWRE), effective 1 June 2026, reinforcing the company’s commitment to the continued growth of its renewable energy business and strengthening its global leadership structure.

The appointment comes as demand for specialised logistics solutions in the wind and renewable energy sectors continues to expand worldwide. In his new role, Heiselberg will lead deugro’s global wind and renewable energy activities, supporting the company’s long-term strategy of strengthening its position in one of the fastest-growing segments of the project logistics industry.

Heiselberg joined deugro at the end of 2022 and has played a significant role in developing the company’s capabilities and market presence across the global renewable energy sector. During his tenure, he has helped expand deugro’s wind and renewable energy operations while strengthening relationships with key customers and stakeholders in international markets.

Bringing extensive experience from both the renewable energy and project logistics industries, Heiselberg has been instrumental in positioning deugro as a trusted logistics partner for complex wind energy and renewable infrastructure projects around the world.

Commenting on his appointment, Heiselberg highlighted the importance of combining global expertise with strong local execution capabilities in today’s renewable energy market. He noted that successful project delivery increasingly depends on the integration of commercial, technical and operational expertise from the earliest stages of project planning.

“In today’s wind and renewable energy landscape, competitive advantage lies in combining global capabilities with strong local integration,” said Heiselberg. “By aligning commercial, technical and operational expertise from the outset, we create tailored, solution-driven approaches that address our clients’ specific challenges. With a clear client-centric mindset, we connect the full supply chain and enable reliable, efficient execution of increasingly complex projects.”

The promotion reflects deugro’s ongoing investment in strategic growth sectors and its focus on enhancing its management structure to support future expansion. As renewable energy projects become larger and more complex, logistics providers are increasingly required to deliver integrated solutions that combine engineering, transport planning and supply chain management across multiple regions.
