Heliox has signed a framework agreement with MAN Truck & Bus SE. Accordingly, MAN Truck & Bus, as part of its sales of battery-electric commercial vehicles, offers state-of-the-art charging infrastructure from Heliox in Europe. “Heliox is proud to partner with MAN Truck & Bus SE. We support MAN with the project planning and implementation of future E-truck, E-van and E-bus projects. Our global presence will be further strengthened with the opportunity to make use of MAN Truck & Bus service network in Europe”, says Sebastian Winner, Business Development Manager for DACH.
Heliox fast charging infrastructure solutions for heavy duty use, stretch from mobile chargers (25 kW) for use in service stations, to charging at night in depots, up to opportunity charging (600 kW) on route. With the new portfolio of products, MAN Truck & Bus SE is able to cater for any charging strategy, regardless the size of the e-fleet. Within the framework agreement, Heliox also takes care of installation and service, on the request of the customer. Heliox products are compliant to industry standards like CE, UL and follow the OCPP protocol. To ensure the certification process from CCS, Heliox is also an active member of CharIN.
