Enerpac has introduced the new TJP308 Remote Operated Hydraulic Toe Jack, a high-capacity lifting solution designed for machinery movers and heavy equipment installation specialists working in space-constrained industrial environments.
The TJP308 combines a lifting capacity of 33 tonnes with a lightweight and highly manoeuvrable design, helping operators improve safety, efficiency and precision during lifting operations.
A key feature of the new toe jack is its 200 mm lifting stroke, one of the largest available in a lightweight toe jack. The extended stroke enables machinery to be raised higher in a single operation, reducing the need for repositioning or additional packing blocks and accelerating the installation of machine skates and supports.
The TJP308 is also fully compatible with Enerpac’s Split Flow Pump systems, allowing up to four jacks to be controlled simultaneously from a single control panel. This enables synchronised multi-point lifting and real-time load monitoring, reducing setup times and improving lifting accuracy.
To enhance flexibility when handling uneven or irregular loads, the jack features an adjustable three-position tilting toe capable of lifting at angles of up to five degrees.
“By utilising hydraulic power supplied from a remote pump, the Enerpac TJP308 allows operators to control lifts from a safe, ergonomic distance,” said Carsten Daft, Senior Product Manager at Enerpac Heavy Lifting Technology. “This remote capability eliminates the need to work in close proximity to unstable loads or tight clearance areas, significantly minimising exposure to pinch points and reducing physical strain.”
Constructed from lightweight aluminium, the TJP308 weighs just 80 kg and is equipped with integrated wheels for easy transportation. Additional features include foldable side legs, a removable driving handle, integrated lifting eyes and optional side handles for rapid positioning.
