This strategic acquisition marks a new milestone in the Group’s development in the United Kingdom and strengthens its expertise in heavy and abnormal transport, particularly in the aerospace and defence sectors.
Founded more than 55 years ago, Kings Heavy Haulage has built a strong reputation as one of the UK’s key specialists in abnormal load transport. Based in Bristol, the company benefits from a highly strategic location, allowing it to serve the entire British territory efficiently while also facilitating connections with mainland Europe.
Jean-Daniel Capelle, Chairman of the Management Board of Capelle Group, highlighted the importance of the move, explaining that the integration represents more than geographical expansion. He described it as a partnership between two companies that share the same passion for exceptional transport and the same commitment to high-quality service for customers.
Already established in Chester, Capelle Group continues to pursue an ambitious growth strategy in the UK with this second major presence.
