Noatum Logistics has signed an agreement to acquire MBS Logistics, strengthening its global freight forwarding network and expanding its presence across key international trade lanes.

The acquisition will provide Noatum Logistics with immediate access to Germany’s major logistics hubs while reinforcing operations across Europe-Asia and Trans-Pacific routes. The deal also complements the company’s established activities in China, Vietnam and the United States.

According to Noatum Logistics, the transaction responds to growing demand for resilient and connected supply chain networks in an increasingly complex global trade environment. By combining both companies’ operations, the group expects to manage larger cargo volumes, unlock new trade-lane opportunities and strengthen its ability to compete for major international accounts.

MBS Logistics operates 26 offices worldwide and employs more than 450 logistics professionals. The acquisition will significantly enhance Noatum Logistics’ existing global network of more than 80 offices across 26 countries, supported by a workforce of over 4,250 industry specialists.

The company said the integration will further improve its ability to deliver comprehensive freight forwarding and logistics solutions for customers operating across multiple regions and industries.

The transaction remains subject to EU regulatory approval and is expected to be completed during the second half of 2026.

Once finalised, the acquisition will mark another major step in Noatum Logistics’ strategy to strengthen its position as a leading global logistics provider.
