NXGEN, one of the global leaders in heavy lift and transport equipment, has announced a significant expansion of its fleet with the addition of 100 axle lines of Scheuerle Self-Propelled Modular Transporters (SPMTs). The new order includes both 4- and 6-axle line variants, as well as power pack units (PPUs), and will be delivered in phases to ensure the earliest possible integration into the company’s existing operations.
“This recent order demonstrates our commitment to expand the fleet in line with market demand, whilst also meeting our growth strategy for the business,” said Russ Jones, Director at NXGEN.
As part of its ongoing commitment to customer flexibility, NXGEN will now offer a wide range of axle line modules—including 4, 5, and 6 axle configurations—supported by Z180 and Z390 power packs. The equipment will be available either on a hire-only basis or as part of a fully operated service with experienced SPMT engineers, allowing clients to tailor services to their specific project needs.
The first batch of axle lines is scheduled for delivery in July 2025, and will be immediately available to NXGEN’s client base.
