MacGregor has successfully delivered its latest innovation, the SWL 250t electric heavy lift crane, to Nordic from Huanghai Shipbuilding Co., Ltd.,marking a major advancement in sustainable cargo handling.
The newly developed crane, a result of MacGregor and NMF’s combined expertise in the heavy lift industry, is designed to enhance operational efficiency while significantly reducing emissions, energy consumption, and maintenance costs. By utilizing MacGregor’s advanced electric drive technology, the crane eliminates the need for hydraulic oil, improving environmental performance and ensuring compliance with increasingly stringent industry regulations.
