Air Charter Service (ACS) has achieved a significant milestone by arranging over 30,000 flights in a single year for the first time, coinciding with its upcoming 35th anniversary celebration.

Chris Leach, Founder and Chairman of ACS, commented on this achievement: “In 2024, we arranged 30,290 flights, which is a remarkable accomplishment. On average, an ACS-chartered flight took off every 17 and a half minutes throughout the year. We experienced our busiest summer months and ended the year exceptionally strong, just surpassing the milestone by the end of November.”

Reflecting on ACS’s growth, Leach noted: “When I founded the company 35 years ago in my family home’s basement, we only arranged a handful of flights. Today, we see more than three ACS flights taking off every hour. The variety of our operations is also astounding—we supported evacuation and relief missions, assisted global superstars on world tours, and even relocated 39 rhinos for a conservation project. Our partnerships with more than 1,400 airlines helped us arrange flights to over 200 countries in 2024.”

ACS’s expansion also contributed to this milestone. “Growing our office network played a key role in increasing flight numbers, with new offices in Manchester, Dublin, and Munich making an immediate impact. Looking ahead, 2025 is already shaping up to be another record-breaking year with new offices, including Milan, which opened this January. Flight numbers in January were up 12.1% compared to last year, putting us on track for another strong 12 months.
