Aprojects has successfully completed a turnkey project for a new combined cycle power plant in Belgium. The operation involved chartering three vessels from China and Vietnam to Belgium, carrying a total of 30,000 freight tons of cargo. Among the shipments were individual units exceeding 325 tons, with dimensions reaching up to 30 meters in length, 5 meters in width, and varying heights.

The cargo arrived at Aprojects’ home terminal, located in the heart of the Port of Antwerp. From there, the company managed port handling operations at their terminal and warehouse before coordinating deliveries to the client’s site. Transport was executed using a combination of barges and trucks, with heavy-duty cranes and SPMT trailers ensuring seamless off-loading and positioning at the laydown area.

Wesley Yan, Business Development Manager at Aprojects, reflected on the accomplishment: “It took us blood, sweat, and tears, but our months of preparations and follow-ups made it a success story. We are smooth operators!”
