Specialist Trailer Hire hands over first »STEPSTAR« from Goldhofer

The UK-based Specialist Trailer Hire Ltd. handed over the first 4-axle Goldhofer »STEPSTAR« to its customer Quinto Crane & Plant Ltd. The 4-axle «STEPSTAR« is single extendable and is equipped with 2 foldable hydraulic ramps, which allow a low ramp angle. This makes the trailer ideally suited for any transport of movable work machines, even with a low ground clearance. However, all kinds of loads can be transported and moved with this trailer thanks to its extendibility.

“The self-tracking »STEPSTAR« excels with an outstanding payload-to-weight ratio and thanks to its intelligent design, allows a significant weight saving compared to competitor trailers. This results in a higher payload.  With its sophisticated lashing concept and the use of robust and low-maintenance standard components, it offers a high degree of economy, availability, and durability,” said Goldhofer.

“We are proud to take over the first Goldhofer »STEPSTAR« from STH. This 4 axle single extender dual plated for C&U and STGO work will support our company in the movement of crane ballast and assist with our machinery moving operations,” says Dan Wheatley, Safety & Transport Manager at Quinto, during the handover.
