Leoch, one of the largest battery manufacturers in the world, has announced the acquisition of a 100 per cent stake in DBS Leoch. The new company, Leoch Battery UK Ltd will become the UK subsidiary of Leoch International. The new business will be based in Market Harborough, Leicestershire and will enable Leoch to grow its battery business from the industrial and leisure sectors in the UK.
