Ace Doran LLC has acquired the equipment division of NHH Services, expanding its specialised transport capacity and strengthening its presence in the US Midwest.
The deal brings NHH Services’ fleet of around 50 trucks into Ace Doran and integrates its employees, contractors, drivers and agents as a new division within the company. Based in Tipton, Indiana, NHH Services has provided heavy haul, flatbed and project logistics services across the United States and Canada since its founding in 2012.
Ace Doran said the acquisition enhances its ability to support complex transportation requirements, particularly in heavy haul and specialised freight segments. The move also reinforces the company’s geographic footprint in the Midwest while building on previous expansion initiatives.
The company has historically focused on flatbed, open deck and dry van services, with an emphasis on safety and reliability. Integrating the NHH Services division is expected to broaden heavy haul capabilities and enable more tailored solutions for project cargo and oversized loads.
According to Ace Doran, the addition follows earlier strategic growth steps, including the refresh of its RoadMasters division in 2025, which expanded operations in the Southwest. The company said it remains focused on scaling through partnerships with teams that share similar operational and service values.
NHH Services was established by multi generation trucking professionals and built a reputation for specialised transport expertise and a strong owner operator culture.
Ace Doran said the integration aligns with its long term strategy to grow capacity while maintaining a focus on safety, service quality and operational excellence across North America.
