Yılnak, one of the major players in project logistics, heavy transport and heavy lifting in Türkiye, has acquired Mağdenli Heavy Transport, one of the sector’s most established operators, in a move designed to strengthen its engineering-led, end-to-end service capabilities.
The acquisition brings both companies under a single, centrally managed structure covering the full scope of project logistics, heavy transport and lifting operations. As a result, fleet capacity, equipment variety and on-site team resources have increased significantly. Planning, engineering calculations and operational control will now be handled through a more structured and integrated system, with safety and engineering discipline placed firmly at the core of field activities.

According to Yılnak, the goal is not growth for its own sake, but the creation of an organisation capable of delivering reliable, start-to-finish solutions that add real value on complex projects. From early-stage planning through to transport and lifting execution, all phases will follow a consistent, engineering-driven and safety-focused approach.
Currently ranked 38th worldwide in the IC Transport 50 list, Yılnak aims to further strengthen its global position through controlled and sustainable expansion. The company sees strong engineering processes and a robust safety culture as essential to remaining competitive, particularly in large-scale and technically demanding international projects.

Mağdenli Heavy Transport will continue operating within the Yılnak organisation, retaining its field expertise and established working culture while aligning with Yılnak’s planning, engineering and safety standards.
Ömer Gece, General Manager of Yılnak, said the move reflects a long-term strategy: “We see project logistics, heavy transport and heavy lifting as one continuous engineering chain. Safety and engineering discipline guide every decision we make in the field, and this step supports our controlled and sustainable growth plans.”
