Air Charter Service (ACS), one of the world’s leading aircraft charter specialists, has reported a strong first half of the year, with turnover up 14% compared to the same period in 2024. The company’s financial year runs from February 1, and revenues for the six-month period have exceeded £455 million ($610 million).

Chris Leach, Chairman and Founder of ACS, said the performance was particularly driven by private jet activity, which posted a 20% revenue increase. “Our underlying flight numbers have risen by around 10%, which is especially pleasing when compared with the industry average of just 2% growth,” he explained.

Cargo and group charter divisions also delivered positive results, supporting overall revenue growth. However, Leach noted that several one-off events — including supply chain disruptions in Southeast Asia, evacuations in the Middle East, and a major international sporting competition — boosted figures. “Despite these factors, our underlying growth remains above our 10% target, showing the resilience of our business model,” he added.

EBITDA for the first half of 2025 is tracking a 20–30% increase if momentum continues. Alongside financial performance, ACS has also expanded its global footprint with new offices in Milan, Montreal, and Cologne, and has plans to open several more before year-end.

Leach concluded: “We are delighted with the progress so far and confident that our growth trajectory will continue into the second half of the year.”
