Engineered Rigging has welcomed heavy lifting industry veteran Allisa Olstad as its new Director of Finance and Operations. With over 20 years of experience—most recently as Director of Sales Operations at Enerpac—Olstad brings a rare blend of financial acumen, operational expertise, and customer-focused leadership.

In her new role, Olstad will oversee financial strategy, reporting, and operations, while streamlining processes and leading internal projects that support growth. She will also align standard operating procedures and strengthen vendor partnerships.
