DOLL Fahrzeugbau GmbH showcased its latest innovations for heavy transport at Bauma 2025 in Munich, presenting a range of solutions designed for challenging transportation tasks. DOLL featured a 3-axle low-bed trailer with the DOLL tera pendular axle, a wind blade transport system, and a semi-trailer for military use.
The 3-axle low-bed with the “DOLL tera” pendular axle is designed to offer superior ground clearance, with an axle stroke of up to 600 millimeters, ensuring the vehicle remains level on uneven terrain. The advanced axle system allows for precise height adjustments, making it ideal for transporting oversized machinery like excavators. The system’s intuitive digital assistance features, including DOLL tronic and DOLL connect, allow for easy control and fine-tuning while on the move.
DOLL’s wind blade transport system, designed for blades up to 120 meters, emphasizes manoeuvrability. The system features a self-steering dolly trailer, ergonomic lifting adapter, and a smart sensor system that prevents excessive steering and reduces damage risks to the blades. With a high ground clearance and an intelligent battery charging system, this trailer allows operators to navigate tight spaces and obstacles efficiently, cutting down on pre-transport planning and enhancing cost-efficiency.
For military applications, DOLL introduced the “DOLL panther” semi-trailer, which can carry up to 40 tonnes of heavy military equipment across rough terrain. Featuring independent wheel suspension and low loading heights, this semi-trailer is tailored to meet the demanding requirements of military logistics.
DOLL also highlighted its refurbishment services, offering vehicle overhauls that can extend a trailer’s lifespan by up to 10 years while reducing costs by up to 50% compared to purchasing new units.
