Sennebogen is set to showcase its latest innovation, the 875 G Hybrid material handler, at bauma 2025. The 195-ton machine, part of the 6th generation G-series, is designed for demanding port handling, offering a reach of up to 32 meters—perfect for vessels up to handysize class with a 35,000 DWT capacity.
The 875 G Hybrid features the advanced SENcon control system, enabling seamless interaction between operator and machine. Operators can customize settings using a 10-inch touch display, and programmable driver profiles enhance efficiency and precision. Intelligent assistance systems and remote diagnostics also streamline maintenance and performance monitoring.

The handler’s Green Hybrid energy recovery system uses a hydraulic cylinder and nitrogen accumulator to store and reuse energy, reducing operating costs by up to 50%. It meets EU Stage V emission standards and can run on HVO fuel or an electric engine.
The spacious Portcab offers ergonomic controls, a sophisticated HVAC system, and large safety glass windows for optimal visibility. The 3.5-meter adjustable cab brings drivers smoothly to a 15-meter viewing height.
Built for durability, the 875 G Hybrid has a robust uppercarriage, protective hydraulic line piping, and easy access for maintenance. Customers can choose from crawler, mobile, or rail-mounted undercarriages, with versatile boom configurations ranging from 21 to 32 meters.
Visitors can see the 875 G Hybrid live at Sennebogen’s in-house exhibition in Straubing from April 7-13, 2025. Shuttle services from bauma in Munich are available.
