TII Scheuerle, a subsidiary of TII Group, will present its latest innovations at bauma 2025. The company will showcase optimized low-bed semi-trailers from the EuroCompact U9 series, alongside K25 heavy-duty modules, offering enhanced versatility and cost-effectiveness. Additionally, TII Scheuerle will highlight how its SPMT vehicle generations maintain peak performance through the TII retrofit program.
The two- and three-axle Scheuerle EuroCompact U9 low-bed semi-trailers, optimized for weight and length, are ideal for transporting construction machinery, steel and concrete components, and containers up to 48 tonnes. A newly designed gooseneck allows for greater adaptability to various tractor units and easier coupling on uneven surfaces.
TII Scheuerle also introduces a double-extendable variant with a low construction height of 260 millimeters and a maximum loading length of 17,000 millimeters, extendable to 30 meters. A new excavator deck that converts into a loading area for agricultural vehicles makes Scheuerle the only provider of a “two-in-one” deck solution in this segment.
K25 Heavy-Duty Modules for Oversized Loads
The K25 heavy-duty modules, produced at two locations, offer a cost-efficient solution for transporting oversized construction vehicles, prefabricated components, and high-performance transformers. With a fully modular design and an extensive range of accessories, the system can be easily adapted or expanded. At bauma 2025, TII Scheuerle will showcase a four-axle module with a drawbar and a four-axle split module, demonstrating configurations that achieve widths of four to five meters for increased stability.
SPMT Technology and Retrofit Program
TII Scheuerle’s SPMT platform transporters, available with up to six axle lines, offer theoretically unlimited payload capacities through electronic and mechanical coupling options. With nearly 30,000 axle lines in operation worldwide, Scheuerle is the global market leader in this segment. The TII retrofit program ensures that older models remain technically modern, environmentally sustainable, and capable of handling new transport tasks.
