Scottish articulated dump truck (ADT) manufacturer Rokbak is set to begin another promising year in North America by participating in the 2025 AED Summit, scheduled for January 15-17 in Orlando, Florida.

Organized by Associated Equipment Distributors (AED), a global trade association representing equipment distributors, rental companies, and service providers across construction, quarrying, mining, and other industries, the AED Summit is a key event for Rokbak in the North American market.

The AED Summit provides Rokbak with a unique platform to engage directly with a significant portion of its North American dealers, many of whom are AED members. The event enables Rokbak’s senior executives, regional sales and service teams, and marketing specialists to connect with dealers in person.

“The AED Summit offers a fantastic opportunity to strengthen our relationships with North American dealers, gather market feedback, and collaborate on strategies to achieve shared goals,” said Robert Franklin, Director of Sales for the Americas at Rokbak.

In addition to reinforcing ties with its existing dealer network, Rokbak plans to explore new partnerships at the event. The company is seeking to collaborate with potential dealers who share its commitment to delivering reliable equipment and exceptional service.

Over the last few years, Rokbak has built a solid dealer presence in states like Texas, the Carolinas, and Florida, where our robust RA30 and RA40 ADTs are well-suited for housing, infrastructure, and energy projects,” Franklin explained. “In 2025, we see growth opportunities in the housebuilding and aggregates sectors in central and northwestern USA. We are actively recruiting dealers in these regions to expand our footprint further.”

Rokbak will also leverage the AED Summit to stay updated on industry developments. Team members will attend conference sessions to gain insights into emerging trends and challenges, ensuring the company remains aligned with dealer and customer priorities in North America.

As the company prepares for the year ahead, Rokbak remains optimistic about market conditions.“We are confident about 2025,” Franklin stated. “While challenges may arise, infrastructure investments are expected to persist, inflation is slowing, and the overall industry sentiment is positive.

“With a strong product lineup, solid dealer partnerships, and a shared commitment to excellence, Rokbak is well-positioned to deliver success for even more customers across North America this year.”
