As of January 31, 2024, Kuehne+Nagel Group has successfully concluded the acquisition of Farrow after the completion of the customary regulatory review. Farrow will now operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Kuehne+Nagel, maintaining its name, team, and status as a stand-alone business.
