Eiffage Construction, a subsidiary of Eiffage, has won the general contracting contract for the extensive renovation of the ‘Cristallis’ project in Paris’ 9th district, valued at over €92 million. The project encompasses three buildings with a total area exceeding 25,000 m2.

Renovation activities include extending and elevating one building, replacing façades, executing technical building systems, and foundation work involving over 300 micro-piles. The project also involves restructuring the forecourt.

Designed by DTACC architecture firm and BSTLL interior design agency, the future complex will offer offices, a corporate restaurant, an auditorium, co-working space, and a well-being area across nine above-ground levels. Additionally, it will feature nearly 300 parking spaces distributed across seven underground levels.

The project sets ambitious environmental and digital goals, aiming for nine certifications and labels, including BREEAM Excellent rating, HQE excellent level, and BBC Effinergie renovation. It will meet energy efficiency objectives required by the Eco-Energy Tertiary system by 2050, incorporating measures such as the reuse of construction materials, installation of photovoltaic panels, and eco-circular approaches.

Construction by Eiffage Construction teams has commenced, with completion expected by the end of 2025.
