Global logistics company DSV is implementing significant changes to its leadership team as part of its long-term succession planning. Effective February 1, 2024, Jens H. Lund will take over as Group CEO, succeeding Jens Bjørn Andersen, who served for over 15 years. Brian Ejsing is appointed as the new Group COO, bringing his extensive experience to the Executive Board.

The Group Executive Committee will also witness key changes. Albert-Derk Bruin becomes the new CEO of DSV Solutions, Morten Landry assumes the role of Group CCO, and Frank Sobotka is appointed CEO of DSV Air & Sea, succeeding Carsten Trolle. Carsten will continue in a central role, supporting the Group with strategic projects.

Jens H. Lund, the newly appointed Group CEO, expressed gratitude to outgoing leaders and welcomed the new additions to the team. The restructuring aligns with DSV’s commitment to strengthening change capacity and ensuring continuity in operations.

These changes are part of a broader strategy, with divisional management teams expanding to include CEO, COO, and CCO positions. DSV aims to leverage its talent pool for sustained growth and development.

The Executive Board now comprises Jens H. Lund, Brian Ejsing, and Michael Ebbe as Group CFO. The Group Executive Committee includes leaders overseeing the Solutions, Air & Sea, and Road divisions, enhancing DSV’s global commercial approach.
