Palfinger strengthens its network in the Stockholm region with the opening of a new sales and service location in Jordbro, Sweden. The state-of-the-art workshop and skilled team underscore Palfinger’s commitment to maximum customer focus and service quality. The technology company, based in Bergheim, Austria, delivered on its promise with the official opening in early December.
Gerhard Sturm, Senior Vice President Global Sales & Service at Palfinger, notes the company’s strategic approach in contrast to others withdrawing from markets. Palfinger is increasing its service presence, enhancing focus on customer needs in core regions like Stockholm. Three years after taking over Swedish sales partner Hinz, Palfinger further commits to the market, driving forward its distribution strategy as a full solution provider.
The new Jordbro location offers five service lines equipped with cutting-edge technology on a total area of around 4,000 square meters. Palfinger expands its offering to provide customers with fast and high-quality support, intensifying sales and after-sales activities in the core region of Sweden in collaboration with Palfinger headquarters in Borlänge.
Gerhard Sturm emphasizes the company’s strategy to be close to the customer, aiming to establish and expand long-term partnerships and strengthen its position as the number 1 choice in Sweden. The official opening, attended by around 120 guests, marked a successful transition from Hinz AB to Palfinger and showcased the proactive shaping of the future.
