5/5 - (1 vote)

Over five days, Palfinger impressed attendees with 16 product demonstrations and numerous customer interactions at the CONEXPO-CON/AGG trade show in Las Vegas.. By focusing on understanding customer needs and presenting innovative solutions, including emission-free options, smart technologies, and assistance systems, the company demonstrated its ability to meet the challenges of tomorrow. The FHS Series of Truck-Mounted Forklifts was a particular highlight, along with knuckle boom cranes and bucket and mechanics trucks equipped with service cranes. Palfinger also hosted “meet and greet” sessions with Juan Ibarra of Gold Rush: Freddy Dodge’s Mine Rescue, who showcased his Mack truck with the PAL Pro 86 body and service crane.

Palfinger’s participation in the trade show coincided with the expansion of its North American footprint, with the opening of its regional headquarters in Schaumburg, Illinois, in Q2 2023. The company’s focus on customer satisfaction is evident in its commitment to providing support in the region, with a team led by Ismael Daneluz, Vice President of Sales & Service Region North and Latin America. With over 1,000 partners, a fleet of over 100 service vehicles, 4 manufacturing and assembly sites, and 13 service centers, the company is well-equipped to provide the best support to its customers.

Palfinger also identified three trends in the American construction market: the increasing use of digitalization and automation, the growing emphasis on safety and sustainability, and the greater demand for customized solutions. With its Vision & Strategy 2030 and focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, they are perfectly positioned to meet these trends and become one of the leading providers of innovative, integrated lifting solutions for customers in the US, Canada, and Mexico. Palfinger CEO Andreas Klauser stated, “This is just the beginning of what is to come.”
