Market Harborough-based Leoch Battery UK Ltd, the UK subsidiary of Leoch International, has appointed Jessica Shaw as its new Sales Manager – Network Power. Jessica will strengthen Leoch’s UK sales team and will be responsible for selling the company’s Network Power products such as telecoms and UPS batteries to deliver back-up power reassurance across communication networks and data centres. She joins Leoch Battery UK from Eaton, where she was a Business Development Manager for Lighting and Safety Products for four years with dual responsibility for sales in the South West region and West London. Prior to that, she was Business Development Manager for Wetac UK Limited, a battery specialist, responsible for selling Wetac battery products into the data centre industry. Jessica has also worked on consulting projects in the data centre industry, as well as other business development roles for CBRE Norland Managed Services, Excool Ltd and Data Centre Response Limited.
