Raimondi has launched the first phase of its brand integration strategy following the acquisition of Terex Tower Cranes, Terex Rough Terrain Cranes and the North American service hub.
The initiative marks the next step in bringing the acquired businesses together under a unified long-term vision while maintaining continuity for existing customers. The phased approach is designed to ensure a smooth transition and provide a clear framework for future integration across the Group’s global operations.
As part of the first phase, Terex Tower Cranes and Terex Rough Terrain Cranes will adopt a dual-brand architecture, strengthening their connection to the Raimondi Group while retaining the established market recognition of the Terex brands. International business units will also transition to a shared brand identity reflecting the closer alignment of the company’s global activities.
Despite the branding changes, Raimondi confirmed that its commitment to product quality, engineering expertise, customer support and operational reliability will remain unchanged.
The integration strategy forms part of the company’s broader objective to combine the strengths of its individual brands while creating a more unified global organisation, positioning Raimondi for continued growth in the international lifting industry.
