Mammoet has announced the appointment of Suzanne Jungjohann as Chief Human Resources Officer, effective 1 April 2026. She will also join the company’s executive board of management. The move comes as Mammoet prepares for its next phase of growth, driven by increasing global demand for energy projects and major infrastructure development.

Joost Goderie, CEO of Mammoet, said strengthening HR leadership is key as the company anticipates significant opportunities across its core markets. He highlighted that Jungjohann brings the experience needed to help attract, develop and support the highly skilled workforce essential to Mammoet’s operations.

Jungjohann joins Mammoet with extensive HR leadership expertise from major organizations including insurer NN Group, HR services leader Randstad, and Albert Heijn, the Netherlands’ largest supermarket chain. Most recently she served as CHRO at Cosun, the international agricultural cooperative, where she played an important role in organizational development and transformation.

I’m excited to join a company with such a strong purpose and legacy,” said Jungjohann. She noted that energy demand continues to grow worldwide and said Mammoet’s skills, scale and partnership approach position the company well to meet these challenges. She added that she looks forward to developing competencies across the organization to support global energy and infrastructure needs today and in the future.
