Wolffkran has expanded its Compact series with the WOLFF 8095 Compact, a new trolley jib crane in the 900 mt class, designed to maximize point-bearing capacity at full jib length. This innovative crane, which will debut at bauma 2025, is available in two variants and features an automatically couplable double trolley, offering increased flexibility for various construction sites.
The WOLFF 8095 Compact boasts impressive lifting capacity, with the two-fall model (WOLFF 8095.25) capable of lifting up to 25 tons, and the convertible two- and four-fall model (WOLFF 8095.40) lifting up to 40 tons. The four-fall operation enables a peak load of 40 tons while maintaining a lifting capacity of 7.8 tons at maximum jib length, which increases to 8.6 tons with WOLFF Boost. With the push of a button, the trolley can be separated for greater flexibility, reducing the need for manual intervention.
The crane’s design, including a four-chord jib structure and lighter components, enhances lifting capacity and efficiency. A 110 kW hoist winch achieves speeds of up to 160 m/min, while reducing energy consumption and generator size when needed. The compact tower top design allows for tighter crane positioning, ideal for high-rise and bridge construction.
WOLFF 8095 Compact is easy to assemble, requiring only a 350-ton mobile crane for setup, and offers improved safety features, including electronic overload protection and remote maintenance via WOLFF Link. With global demand already high, the crane will be unveiled at bauma 2025, showcasing its capabilities with a 30-meter jib.
