France has designated nearly 250 hectares on Haropa Port land as “France 2030 Turnkey Sites” for new industrial activities. This initiative, announced in May 2023, aims to accelerate reindustrialization under the proposed green industry law.

Five sites on the Seine Axis have been selected, four in the Le Havre port industrial area and one in Rouen. These sites benefit from government support to expedite procedures and prepare construction-ready plots by 2030.

The selected sites, which offer strategic locations and excellent transport connections, include: West A29, Rogerville: 60 hectares near Le Havre Grand Canal and A29 highway; East A29: Approximately 25 hectares; Southeast Grand Canal, Rogerville: Around 30 hectares near the multibulk terminal and South Grand Canal, Le Havre: 54 hectares. In Rouen, the Grand-Couronne/Moulineaux industrial platform offers 75 hectares, expandable, adjacent to a major logistics zone.

These sites are aimed at promoting industrial activities aligned with ecological transition goals and are a part of HAROPA PORT’s Strategic Plan for 2020-2025.
