TII SCHEUERLE continues to strengthen the technological leadership of its Self-Propelled Modular Transporter (SPMT), introducing new digital and safety features designed to improve operational efficiency, monitoring and transport safety. As the inventor and global market leader in SPMT technology, the company is building on previous innovations such as the SCHEUERLE Connect telematics and fleet management platform with additional smart functions that support operators in complex heavy transport operations.
One of the key developments is the COG Easy Mode system, designed to simplify the monitoring of load stability. The system visually displays tipping lines on the vehicle’s screen, allowing operators to track the centre of gravity of the loaded SPMT in real time. This feature makes it easier to identify shifts in load conditions and helps prevent instability during transport. When connected to SCHEUERLE Connect, the system can also record and analyse operational data, and in some configurations even transmit live display content. By offering a clear visual overview of load behaviour, the system significantly enhances operational safety and reduces the risk of structural damage.

Another new feature is the Tyre Pressure Monitoring System, which continuously monitors the tyre pressure of all SPMT modules. Any pressure deviation is immediately displayed on the module screen and within the SCHEUERLE Connect platform. This real time monitoring reduces the need for manual inspections, shortens preparation times and helps extend tyre lifespan by ensuring that tyres operate within their optimal pressure range. The system also provides fleet managers and drivers with greater transparency regarding tyre conditions, contributing to safer daily operations.

In addition, TII SCHEUERLE has introduced customer-performed over-the-air software updates. Operators can now install software updates independently without requiring a service technician or interrupting operations. New functions and system improvements can therefore be implemented quickly, ensuring that SPMT vehicles remain up to date and continue to benefit from the latest technological developments.
All new functions are fully integrated into SCHEUERLE Connect, allowing operators to centrally access and analyse vehicle data such as load stability and tyre pressure. With these developments, TII SCHEUERLE continues to advance SPMT technology, focusing on safety, efficiency and practical digital solutions for the heavy transport industry.
