Wolffkran has confirmed two key leadership appointments effective October 1st. Dave Holder has been named Managing Director UK, while Richard Coughtrey will transition to the role of Head of Group Accounting.

Holder, who has served as European Operations Director at Wolffkran in Switzerland since 2018, brings more than 40 years of experience in the crane industry. His career includes many years at HTC Plant Ltd, where he gained extensive expertise in tower crane rental and operations. At Wolffkran, he has overseen the Group Rental Fleet across multiple countries. Returning to the UK, Holder aims to build on Wolffkran’s strong market position. “Together with our strong team, I look forward to building on Wolffkran’s reputation and driving the business into its next chapter,” he said.

Coughtrey, who has led Wolffkran’s UK business since 2018, will now assume a strategic global role as Head of Group Accounting. Having joined HTC Plant Ltd in 2005, he has held several senior finance positions and played a key role in the company’s development. Alongside his leadership responsibilities, he recently completed an MBA, underlining his commitment to excellence. “It has been a privilege to lead our UK team over the past years,” Coughtrey commented. “I am excited to take on this new challenge and to contribute to the long-term financial strength of the Wolffkran Group.”

The changes reflect Wolffkran’s strategy to strengthen both its UK operations and global financial management.
