DHL Express and Octopios Partner to Boost SME Global Trade in MENA

DHL Express has announced a strategic partnership with Octopios, a fast-growing B2B e-commerce platform, to transform how small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region connect to global markets.

Signed by Jawad Ouaziz, Vice President Commercial at DHL Express UAE, and Hassan Emam, Co-Founder and CEO of Octopios, the collaboration combines DHL’s global logistics expertise with Octopios’ digital trade ecosystem. By integrating DHL’s services directly into the Octopios platform, SMEs can now manage shipping, customs, and delivery in one streamlined interface—simplifying cross-border transactions and accelerating market access.

Octopios has also joined DHL’s GoGreen Plus program, enabling carbon-reduced international shipments through Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF). This move supports both companies’ commitment to environmental responsibility and aligns with the UAE’s vision for a green, tech-driven economy.
