Crosby has introduced its latest generation of smart crane camera systems, aimed at improving safety, visibility, and operational control across lifting operations.

The new BlokCam X4 and M4 systems have been engineered to provide crane operators with clearer, more reliable visual information in real time. Featuring 2K QHD resolution (2688 × 1520 at 15fps), the systems deliver sharp image quality, helping operators maintain full awareness of loads and surroundings during critical lifts.

With an expanded field of view—93° horizontal, 48° vertical, and 117° diagonal—the cameras offer a broader perspective, reducing blind spots and enhancing situational awareness on site.

The systems also incorporate advanced visibility technologies, including WDR Pro, which balances extreme lighting conditions such as bright sunlight and deep shadows, and enhanced low-light performance to ensure clear imaging even in challenging environments.

In addition, the upgraded systems provide improved high-definition recording capabilities, with storage capacity for up to 50 days of continuous footage. This allows for better documentation, operational analysis, and compliance with safety standards.

Designed for use on tower, mobile, and crawler cranes, the new BlokCam range supports operators with real-time insights, enabling more precise handling and contributing to safer lifting operations across construction and industrial projects.
