Liebherr Group reported revenue of €14.77 billion in 2025, marking a modest increase of 1% year-on-year, as the company maintained stable performance despite mixed market conditions.
Growth was driven by segments including maritime cranes, aerospace, automation, and components, which together generated €5.43 billion—up 14.7%. In contrast, the construction and mining segment saw a decline of 5.5% to €9.35 billion, although tower cranes and deep foundation equipment posted gains.
Regionally, revenue growth varied, with increases in the European Union, Central and South America, and the Africa and Middle East region, while declines were recorded in North America and Asia-Pacific.
The Group achieved a net income of €272 million and increased its global workforce to nearly 56,000 employees. Investment remained strong at €1.06 billion, alongside €708 million allocated to research and development.
Liebherr continued to advance in key innovation areas, including autonomous machinery and electrification. Highlights included the launch of an autonomous wheel loader system and new battery-electric construction machines, as well as digital tools to improve efficiency and energy management on job sites.
The company also expanded its global footprint with new facilities and capacity investments in Europe, North and South America.
Looking ahead, Liebherr expects 2026 to remain challenging due to global uncertainties but remains confident in its long-term growth, supported by its diversified structure and continued investment in innovation.
