Hyster-Yale Materials Handling has announced that Hyster-Yale Nederland BV has joined IntegratR, a new cooperative aiming to help companies bring zero-emission solutions to market faster and more efficiently for the heavy-duty off-road sector.
Through the partnership, Hyster-Yale plans to build on the electrification progress already achieved across its Hyster big truck and container handling ranges, as well as Nuvera fuel cell engines and the broader Hyster and Yale product portfolio.
IntegratR will establish an Innovation Campus in Nijmegen, the Netherlands, designed as an international hub bringing together industrial partners, researchers and advanced technologies to support prototype testing, certification and preparation for series production. The campus will include specialised facilities such as an EMC test site, a roll-on/roll-off quay, an outdoor test track, and both megawatt charging and hydrogen refuelling infrastructure.
The 17,500 m² canal-front site will offer waterside access and allow realistic duty-cycle testing and logistics trials. The equipment test track is expected to be completed in 2026, with further campus features planned for 2027.
IntegratR currently has two Core Partners: Hyster-Yale and Urban Mobility Systems (UMS), part of DEUTZ AG. While Core Partner status will be limited to a maximum of five companies, the cooperative will remain open to wider participation from industry players, start-ups, research institutions and enabling partners.
IntegratR will officially launch on January 23 at 15:00 at Handelsweg 30 in Nijmegen.
