XCMG Excavator made a powerful statement at bauma China 2024, presenting 17 flagship models and four core components. Among the standout machines were the XE19EV and XE27EV electric excavators, designed specifically for the European market. Both models have undergone extensive testing, proving their reliability in performance, durability, and energy efficiency. The electric excavators feature a robust design, equipped with high-torque motors that deliver exceptional digging force, while minimizing energy consumption, making them ideal for environmentally conscious projects.

XCMG’s XE35E, XE55E, and XE80E mini-excavators were designed to meet Europe’s stringent industrial and emission regulations. The XE35E, in particular, features a 360° rotation, offering excellent maneuverability in confined spaces. It has an operating weight of 3.5 tons and a digging depth of up to 2.3 meters, with a maximum breakout force of 20.5 kN. The XE55E and XE80E models, with their larger capacities, provide exceptional digging power and fuel efficiency, making them well-suited for a variety of tasks, from urban infrastructure projects to landscaping.

XCMG also showcased several models tailored for specialized tasks. The XE125F, designed for logging, offers high stability and a powerful lifting capacity. It features a heavy-duty undercarriage and a large working range, ideal for forestry and material handling in rugged terrains. Another highlight was the XE800WDM hybrid excavator, combining diesel and electric power to optimize fuel consumption. The machine can switch between power modes depending on operational conditions, improving fuel efficiency and reducing emissions. Additionally, the PCR300 demolition robot, weighing just 2 tons but capable of generating 6 tons of demolition power, is a versatile solution for confined demolition tasks.

XCMG’s core components display included advanced crawler systems designed for heavy-duty applications. The 400-ton excavator crawler, measuring 3.6m x 1.5m x 2.2m and weighing 10,220kg, is built from high-strength alloy steel. The crawler features enhanced heat treatment for superior impact and wear resistance, ensuring reliability under extreme operating conditions. Additionally, the carrier roller has undergone post-forging integral heat treatment, boosting its strength and load-bearing capacity.
